Beer & Brandy Wild Game Meat Marinade | Ingredients:
- 1 can of beer
- 2 oz of good brandy
- splash of Worcestershire sauce,
- a bit o vinegar,
- some garlic ( fresh and crushed),
- Montreal steak spice
- olive oil.
Beer & Brandy Wild Game Meat Marinade | Directions:
- Totally cover meat & refrigerate for 24-36 hours.
- Cook it up!!! 😀
