Things that make you go hmm…

With a little time on our hands last weekend we decided to take a hike out to Kamloops Lake in hopes of casting chronies to hungry rainbows. The wind, however, had other plans for us! Thinking as much we had come prepared with spinning rods and a few spoons. Well … what a pleasant surprise to find that it would be just the ticket to an action packed afternoon with plenty of action and fish to 6 pounds! If you’re waiting for your favourite lake to thaw and don’t want to battle the crowds at the few that are already open, consider a trip to Kamloops Lake!
